Citrus groves are very specialized systems, and this tool addresses the difficulty in increasing biodiversity in these systems. Biodiversity can be increased by maintaining ecological niches on the farm. Maintaining water reservoirs, temporary or permanent grasslands and good soil management are other effective measures to increase biodiversity which will lead to a more resilient farm.
