Organic Denmark has, in collaboration with the Plant-based Knowledge Center, published four new reports with insights as to how consumers make their choices when shopping for food.  The purpose of these papers is to present the preferences of flexitarian, vegetarian and vegan consumers of the four countries in organic and organic plant-based foods.                

The papers can be downloaded HERE for free and will be used as a basis for a dialogue with buyers in the Countries and to equip Danish organic plant-based producers for exports to the respective markets.
