A new technical sheet, in French, deals with the production of carrot seeds in organic agriculture. It is intended for all those involved in the production of carrot seed and aims to ensure successful production under the best possible conditions, in compliance with both the specifications for organic farming and the regulations contained in the standard multiplication agreement. It encompasses:
- Crop requirements;
- Crop establishment (soil preparation and sowing);
- Crop management;
- Disease management;
- Pest management;
- Harvest; and
- Approval standards.
