The fourth edition of Biofruit Congress, which will be held through the Fruit Attraction LIVEConnect platform, will start on June 17. Due to the success of the previous editions, each of which had more than 400 attendees, Eurofresh Distribution Magazine and Fruit Attraction decided this new edition would hold a second session on October 5 during the fair in Madrid.

The main European purchasing centers, international institutions, such as the European Commission, will share their analysis and best strategies to respond to the increase in global demand for fresh organic products and other sustainable product groups. The issues to be discussed in the session include the changing consumer behavior since the corona crisis will also be discussed, how European regulations and value chains can be adjusted for the wide range of products that no longer only fall under the organic heading; as demand from flexitarians, among others, zero-residue products and biodynamic cultivation are gaining in importance.
