On Thursday, 8 April, from 10.30 to 12.00, there will be an interesting free webinar (in English) to understand if and how organic can have better yields than conventional agriculture. Under certain conditions yes, and this is shown by the study commissioned by the Italian certification body CCPB and carried out by Areté srl, which analysed and compared the average yields of several crops in a series of 11 non-European countries.

Intensive organic farming is more efficient than extensive conventional farming and yields improve. This may be a cue to show how organic can contribute to 'feeding the world' in a conscious and responsible way.
