We publish the draft Commission delegated regulation, together with its annex, amending Annex II of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards record keeping requirements for operators in organic production.
Organic producers and groups of organic producers in the EU need to keep records to show their compliance with EU rules (specifically the new Organic Production and Labelling Regulation).
The European Commission has launched a stakeholder consultation on this proposal for a regulation, which is open between 13 April and 11 May (at this LINK). Feedback will be taken into account for finalising this initiative.
