CIHEAM Bari is organizing an Advanced course on "Organic Aquaculture" in the framework of NewTechAqua project.

The course will be held from the 16th to the 20th October 2023 at the Tricase office of CIHEAM Bari.

The aim of this training is to give a comprehensive overview of the development of the organic aquaculture sector within the Mediterranean area, as well as to provide knowledge about zootechnical and business requirements for designing and implementing organic aquaculture farming.

The course is designed for a maximum of 20 participants from EU Member States and Mediterranean countries:

• with a university degree or/and with a record of at least 5 years  experience in the aquaculture sector;
• professionals from public institutions or private entities;
• technical advisors working on aquaculture involved or planning to be involved in organic production.

Applications are open from 16 June to 16 July 2023
