The European Commission has published in the Official Journal of the European Union series L 222/3 of 22 June 2021 the DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2021/1006 of 12 April 2021 amending Annex VI to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 as regards the model of the certificate attesting compliance with the rules on organic production, which is supplemented with specific additional information. Annex VI of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 is therefore replaced by the Annex to Regulation 2021/1006.

The Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, and shall apply from 1 January 2022.
