With a Decree of the Ministry of Work, Health and Social Policies (DM
15 Jan. 2009) the authorisation to the use of certain plant protection
products including rotenone as active principle has been withdrawn,
following the missing adaptation to EC Reg. 396/2005 and 149/2008,
related to the maximum admitted levels of pesticides in foodstuffs and
