Reg. (EU) 2018/848: new Implementing and Delegated Regulations available

The first Implementing and Delegated Regulations, following Reg. (EU) 2018/848, Reg. (EU) 2020/427 and Reg. (EU) 2020/464, have now been published.

The first Regulation is a Delegated Act amending Annex II of Reg. (EU) 2018/848 and introducing some detailed rules for the production of organic products, with particular reference to sprouted seeds, bee nutrition and breeding systems for juveniles .
